This blog today is one that is very sentimental to me. About a year ago my husband bought me a little Iceburg Rose bush… he knew I’d always wanted one in my very own little garden… So, we planted it, and now its been almost 1 year, and just a few days ago it started blossoming into the most delightful white rose petals with such a heavenly fragrance. I’d like to think my little roses bloomed just in time for our one year wedding anniversary! (its this sunday, the 16th). Here are a few pics below of my lovely little rose bush, and a couple added extras of my garden that I am so proud of.
this is what our roses looked like 1 year ago.
I love my little Meyer’s Lemon Tree! I can’t wait for it to give us lemons!
these are my favorite lemons, and remind me of being a child.
These Chick n’ Hen’s succulents are also very special to me,
they were given to me from my late Grandma Ruth, who loved her garden, and loved life.
Aloe Vera and Basil!
And last but not least, our dog, Rigby! He worships being in the garden!
He especially loves to chew on my Kangaroo Paws!
